Professional Summary

I am a simulation expert with a focus on algorithm development for CAE software since 2017. I have released multiple beta versions and prototypes, including the electromagnetic wave simulator EML beta, the multiphysics simulator MySim beta heavily relied on open-source frameworks, and the vascular hemodynamics simulator prototype HemoDyn. In addition, I have solely developed a compact 2D geometric library Geo2D and a surface meshing library SMeshing.

I am now prototyping an innovative solution to reduce the sample size in clinical trials for vascular disease interventions. This approach uses a hybrid physics-informed machine learning (PIML) framework to map wearable-derived physiological signals to clinical outcomes.

Before transitioning to IT development, I was a researcher in maritime and ecosystem modeling from 1996 to 2017, including nine years at the Danish Meteorological Institute and four years at Xiamen University.

I currently offer algorithm development and consultancy services. I have been self-employed since 2017 but am now open to both projects and job opportunities. Permanently based in Denmark since 2007 and working remotely, I have gained experience in engaging with clients and have become accustomed to multitasking.
